Larson is a committed, motivated, self-employed consultant with over 35 years development and has the promotional experience with exceptional customer-relation, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. He brings a strong work ethic and professional demeanor with proven talent in his core skills. Larson has orchestrated private and public corporate formations and has played a major role in many innovative initiatives. 

He began his career in 1975 where he was employed by America Sales Training and Associates in Memphis, TN. He then became a director of sales and began to personally manage the event promotions of some of the greatest motivators/educators, and management professionals of our time. The group organized the first Positive Thinking Rallies that were attended by over three million in a four year period. Some of the recognized celebrities that were employed included Zig Ziglar, Paul Harvey, Art Linkletter, W. Clement Stone, Mark Victor Hanson and Howard Jarvis. 

His second major role has been in organizing Real Estate Developments in all sectors of development from land acquisitions to high- end custom homes, retirement communities, casino resorts, commercial office complexes, condominium developments, and hotels.

Paul Ma

  

Paul has over 35 years of professional experience in planning and designing hotels and resort destination projects. He began his career in the Hawaiian islands with projects such as Hotel Hana Maui (now Travaasa Hana), Hyatt Regency Waikoloa (now Hilton Waikoloa Village), Westin Maui, Hyatt Regency Maui, and Westin Kauai (now Marriott Kauai). He has designed recreational facilities throughout the world including the Royal Pacific Resort convention hotel at Universal Studios Orlando, Florida; Ikspiari, a mixed-use retail, dining and entertainment facility at Tokyo Disney Resort, Japan; the Sheraton Imperial Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and in Thailand the Central Samui Beach Resort and Thai Country Club.

Paul’s focus is to ensure Wellness of Land and People through the integration of clean technologies into leisure tourism developments. By incorporating the extraordinary assets of Land and People with transformative protocols and innovative Community and Sustainability strategies ensuring their meaningful contribution to, and participation in, the commerce of Hospitality in infrastructure, projects and business enterprises, the costs of ongoing utilities, transport and maintenance cost are significantly reduced. 

His current projects are all integrated sustainable leisure developments, including Akaigawa Tomo SymbioResort in Hokkaido, Japan, a luxury resort on a private island in the Philippines, two properties in the southern part of the Island of Hawaii, and additional expansions to Phuket Yacht Haven and Cape Panwa Deep Sea Port, both in Phuket. 



Shawn M. Huff

Shawn is an innovative, passionate professional with a career  highlighted by numerous responsibilities in both business and nonprofit  executive positions.  Shawn has been responsible for building dynamic  business models that include: Philanthropy (Annie E. Casey Foundation,  Casey Family Programs, and Vanderbilt University), Signature Program  Development (NFL), Outcome Measurement, Evaluation Measurement, Board  Development, and Business Development Planning (Zig Ziglar Performance).   For nearly 25 years, Shawn has worked in ongoing consulting roles, and  management positions, which helped position strong models of impact  across business and nonprofit organizations.  Shawn’s consulting work  included small and large companies working to lead and develop local and  national policies that support innovation, effective management  strategies, and out of the box strategies to ensure and inspire  innovative approaches which solve critical problems in community  development, philanthropy strategies, and business development  partnerships.

Shawn has been recognized for his perseverance and  passionate advocacy nationally for building powerful approaches in  business and nonprofit work.  The most notable from the ARETE Award –  Awarded by Chi Chi Rodriguez, and Ken Venturi  (1991, ESPN), Thousand  Points of Light – Presented by President George H. W. Bush (1993, U.S.  White House).  Shawn brings dedicated enthusiasm and critical leadership  to any aspect of organizational work. He continues to inspire  innovative thinking and business approaches that build sustained  solutions for business and philanthropy. 

Lance Brown, AIA

  

Enter-Arc specializes in what it calls Enter-prising / Enter-tainment Architecture, with the objective of creating world class entertainment destinations experiences. Mr. Brown incorporates his entrepreneurial enthusiasm into the work that it produces either directly for clients or for concepts it creates on its own and hopes to launch.

As the Head of the Corporation, Mr. Brown’s foremost focus is making sure that the company is always pursuing its vision – which is, to become a world leader in Entertainment Design combining cutting edge architecture with a story-telling aspect.  

Mr. Brown has been working professionally in Architecture since 1977. This amounts to over 41 years of continuous experience toward his craft. Mr. Brown commenced his career directly out of high school with his first job at Carl N. Swenson Company, a major design-build contractor in San Jose, California. He worked there four years until moving to Southern California to attend Cal Poly.
